The walls of both sections are clad in weatherboard siding and the gabled roofs in asphalt shingles. The exterior-end brick chimney on the original section rises above the roof of the side wing. Fenestration in both sections is two-over- two-sash, double-hung wood windows flanked by wood batten shutters.
