Did you know that Lovettsville’s downtown district is listed on the National Register of Historic Places? And that Lovettsville is the only town or village in Loudoun County with a museum dedicated to its own civic history? The Lovettsville Community Quilt, featuring 20 quilt squares representing 20 town landmarks, was sewn and assembled by several local quilters in 1990. Now our Lovettsville Historical Society website has individual webpages for the history of each of these iconic structures.
